Connecting With You

Stay in Touch

How We Stay In Touch

I want to make sure you know that we're all working together, and you're not alone in this course, we can always stay in touch throughout the semester.

Zoom

Since we meet in ConferZoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays, If you have questions, you can always ask me or your classmates in our Zoom Class. I also suggest that you all communicate as much as possible via Zoom to form a study group or to simply practice, one-on-one.

Canvas Mail

If I need to get a hold of you this semester, I'll contact you through Canvas mail.  You can access this feature by clicking "Inbox" in the left-hand global navigation bar.

I'll respond to you within 48 hours (I’ll always try to respond sooner), Monday through Friday. Please include the course name and section number in the Subject.

Grade-book Feedback

You will be able to find your grades in our grade-book.  I’ll do my best to grade assignments and offer feedback as soon as I can; I’ll make corrections or comments on your assignments, and please check this on a regular basis.

How do I view my grades in a current course (Links to an external site.)?

How do I view annotation feedback comments from my instructor directly in my assignment submission? (Links to an external site.)

Office Hours

I set two Zoom office hours each week on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Send me an email to let me know, so we can set up a day/time.

Announcements

I'll post it as an announcement when I have important information to convey. If I need to make any changes to our semester schedule, I'll also post these in the announcements area as well.
